With the SONICBLAST shoe, comfort meets sonic speed. It starts with a layer of FF BLAST MAX cushioning, the same energized material found in the NOVABLAST 5 shoe. Next, we included a layer of new FF TURBO SQUARED foam for advanced comfort and bounce. In between the two layers is our ASTROPLATE technology; this lightweight Pebax plate provides a pop of forward momentum without the harshness that runners may feel with a carbon plate. The result is a speed trainer you can comfortably wear day after day, mile after mile.
